Batch Font Renamer.
Give each font a cite that speaks for itself with one clink!
Got a font collecting? Got a collecting, but no grade in it? Start by big font files the names corresponding to the full font names. For example, you can rename MLON_I.TTF to Milion Italic.ttf. This cite speaks for itself, it is elementary and net.
How to do it?
Easily. Select a folder with fonts and clink the Rename button. That's entirely. The programme itself will chance out which font each file contains and founder it the corresponding cite.
Additional options.
Processing subfolders. Suppose you get a turgid collecting of fonts with a band of folders in it. Just select the parent folder containing entirely subfolders and specify that the programme should sue subfolders.
Names without spaces. You can withdraw entirely spaces from names if you need it for some reasons.
Program features.
All fonts in the Windows fonts folder will be ignored.
Characters that cannot be used in file names will be replaced with spaces or removed. For example, В«: В», В« / В», В«?В». In instance double spaces emerge, they will be replaced with single ones.
Summary.
The programme is absolutely free and even if you get burnt your collecting to a CD, it makes sense to copy it to your hard record, rename entirely font files and record it again on a CD. Do not forget to recommend the programme to your friends.
